Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling IT enquiry in order to provide a smooth operation to client
- Hands-on experience of LAN, WAN and VPN, troubleshooting and support.
- Support of the IT environment, including servers, systems, networks, and other devices
- Maintaining the IT Infrastructure with different kinds of vendors such as ISP, domain hosting, application provider

Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- Experience of user administration, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 365, and Outlook in a corporate environment
