The Role:
This pivotal role resides within the Account Management team of HeterMedia, a subsidiary of HM International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 8416). You will serve as the key liaison for our clients, which include prominent publicly listed companies as well as international professional services firms in areas such as law and auditing. By gaining a deep understanding of their unique needs and priorities, you will be able to ensure they receive an unparalleled level of service and support.

Act as the key contact point for all account-related matters and address clients’ requests promptly
Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions according to clients’ needs
Monitor daily duties like managing requests and following up
Establish enduring relationships with clients through frequent interaction
Identify new business opportunities such as cross-selling to existing clients
At times, required to handle night shift duties to oversee ongoing projects

What are we looking for?
To excel in this role, you should have:
The ability to multitask and work under pressure while paying close attention to details
Self-initiative, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving aptitude
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
A diploma or above, preferably with experience in customer service or account management.
