Job Description:
4 days work week (11 hours per day (include 1 meal hour))
Shift rotation on monthly basis with shift allowance
$120 per day for middle shift work time start from 12:00-23:00.
$200 per day for night shift work time start from 18:00-05:00/21:00-08:00.
Work from home arrangement is sophisticated and available in our company.
Overtime payment are provided for peak season, non-peak season no overtime work required

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Our clients are mainly from Listed Company and professional parties such us Law firms and Audit firms.
Handle elementary level job products, follow up customers' enquiries, service requests, proofreading the typeset material for accuracy, completeness and consistency
Coordinate closely with the team members to achieve clients’ goal, to control the inflow & outflow of jobs to ensure timely delivery of services.

Requirements:
Diploma or above with experience in customer service or related sector preferred, but not essential
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Muti-tasking and detail-minded
Able to work under pressure and with good time management
Fresh graduates are greatly welcome
Immediate available will be an advantage
