β›ͺ️ With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus', a ceremony of unveiling a series of monuments to the great Russian warrior - the invincible Admiral Fyodor Ushakov will be held in 7 cities of Russia: Sevastopol, Donetsk, Ryazan, Petrozavodsk, Azov in the Rostov Region, Skladovsk in the Kherson Region and Yeysk in the Krasnodar Region.

πŸ™πŸ’«The date was not chosen by chance, it is timed to coincide with the Day of Remembrance of the great Russian naval commander. It was on this day in 2021 that Admiral Ushakov was canonized.

πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸŽ“πŸ“œπŸͺ–βš”οΈFollowing the opening of a series of monuments to Admiral Ushakov throughout Russia, an initiative group, with the support of the Moscow Patriarchate, the Presidential Administration and the Federation Council, is organizing the involvement of young people in ongoing projects aimed at popularizing the historical image of Ushakov, preserving the historical memory of the merits of our holy army, the victories of Russian arms and the invaluable contribution of great Russian military leaders to the formation and development of the Russian world and the preservation of the great culture of our ancestors.
