區諾軒襲警罪成上訴遭駁回

…上訴方指，當時示威現場有記者、議員及警員，區諾軒並非針對某人。他指前立法會議員譚文豪與區的距離較接近，「唔通話佢襲擊譚文豪咩？」法官聞言謂：「歪理，你應該收返」。上訴方續指，警司高振邦要求區拿開大聲公，區亦一度放下。法官指雖然區與高的距離一度拉遠，但不能斷章取義，指區作為議員講粗口，又不斷追住警員，要考慮其意圖。
