【反對教育局警方向學校施壓，打壓學生表達自由】

學生最能以純潔的眼光去看這個世界，懂得分是非黑白，並以自己的方式去要求大人去關注，何罪之有？

政治就是眾人之事，強權最不想市民理會政治，將權力拱手相讓，在權者就能為所欲為。本人不能接受教育局高層配合林鄭政府打壓學生，三番四次向校方施壓，更不能接受警方主動致電學校去施加壓力。這些行為違反《兒童權利公約》：

第15條

締約國確認兒童享有結社自由及和平集會自由的權利。

Article 15
1. States Parties recognize the rights of the child to freedom of association and to freedom of
peaceful assembly.

第12條

締約國應確保有主見能力的兒童有權對影響到其本人的一切事項自由發表自己的意見，對兒童的意見應按照其年齡和成熟程度給以適當的看待。

Article 12
1. States Parties shall assure to the child who is capable of forming his or her own views theright to express those views freely in all matters affecting the child, the views of the child
being given due weight in accordance with the age and maturity of the child.

第13條

兒童應有自由發表言論的權利，此項權利應包括通過口頭、書面或印刷、藝術形式或兒童所選擇的任何其他媒介，尋求、接受和傳遞各種信息和思想的自由，而不論國界。

Article 13
1. The child shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to
seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of the child's choice.

同時本人懇切希望校方尊重同學表達自由，不要因學生為良知發聲而懲罰學生。
