Moscow, February 21, 2023 China's senior diplomat Wangyi and Nikolai Patrushev, Russia Secretary of Security Council are leading the mechanism of the strategic security consultation between the two countries.The consensus was reached that Communist Regime and Russia continue to step up cooperation within multilateral frameworks and do more to improve global governance, the Ukraine Issue was also on the agenda.
