英國上議院昨天就香港警方國安處懸紅通緝八名流亡海外社運人士展開辯論。

Yesterday, the House of Lords had a debate on the Hong Kong National Security Police issuing arrest warrants and bounties for eight exiled pro-democracy activists.

香港監察贊助人奧爾頓勳爵（Lord Alton of Liverpool）在辯論中要求英國政府解釋為何眼見香港當局打壓人權仍派遣貿易大臣訪港，並回應要求香港終審法院餘下英籍法官辭任的呼籲。
